Medina Azahara is the palace city built by Abd al-Rahman III in the 10th century, one of the most important archaeological sites in Spain. With an official tour guide, you walk through its streets, halls, gardens, and main buildings while learning about the history, art, and daily life of the Caliphate of Córdoba.
The visit begins at the meeting point, where you will meet your tour guide and the rest of the group. From there, you'll enter the site to begin a carefully designed tour that will allow you to understand the historical and architectural importance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
During the tour, you will see spaces such as the Salón Rico, the official offices, and the residential areas, while your tour guide gives explanations, anecdotes, and the historical context of this city. In addition, you will have an audio guide system to conveniently follow the explanations throughout the visit.
